I've been giving thrifting a try and i have somewhat mixed feelings about it.
One the one hand you can find nice labels for incredibly low prices, which put your feelings at ease for purchasing and altering them plus they're quite unique. On the other it starts to feel like you're just playing dress-up and get stuck smelling like someone's old attic.
Though maybe that's just my selection issue.

Ah, and the band-aid isn't the newest accessory, i actually did cut my finger.

Today has been wonderfully spent doing some retail therapy.
Some much needed, pretty well satisfied retail therapy.
And now i have a wonderful plate of homemade mashed potatoes in front of me, errrr and a giant spider crawling across the wall over my bed.

I am so sorry for being gone for so long. Life has been busy plus sometimes things just feel off.
Posting may be slow for the next few weeks while i get my feet settled, but before you know it i'll be begging for your attention again.

I found these amazing pants at goodwill ($1.50 - can not complain), the color and trouser fit around the waist are everything i love right now. Though they are unfortunately sewn slightly small and ride a little too high so they will not be worn outside anytime soon.
